The gospel of the Good News should always be FREE!  I will provide you with as much detail as I can free of charge.  For personal coaching, where you and I agree to a one on one mentoring we will pick a day of the week to talk via the phone or chat..    Here we will organize your goals, strategize your day and plan your life around getting better.  Prayer and confiding the shame is often what will break the yoke!
